Robert Chubb started working in residential real estate in 2003. As well as building and managing his personal business, he provided the invaluable service of technology training to his peers bringing them into the new millennium of professional communication. In 2010 Rob made a move to 3DX Real Estate, which was a start up brokerage at that time. As the team leader he hired and trained dozens of agents, driving the growth of the brokerage to over 130 agents. He also provided coaching to those agents with his own curriculum of education, which includes training as basic as customer service principles to the use of social media and internet marketing. Robert has successfully juggled a remarkable personal business closing 25-35 transactions per year, and a position as General Manager of 3DX. In 2015 Rob developed a smart phone app for agents to effortlessly convert listing content into internet and social media posts. In 2016, he moved up to Vice President of 3DX Real Estate, and still closes over 40 transactions a year.
